Notice to Cease and desist
Dear Ms. Goddard,
This notification is to inform you that I am requesting that you halt all references and activity to my name Annie Rush, Anne Rush, Annie, Annie Marie, Anne Nelson and any member of my family.
It has been brought to my attention that you have used my name in a slanderous and libelous fashion. I have collected documentation of you and your members at Beaconhell.com using my name to defame me and purport my personal, financial and business information publicly and not withstanding good intent. This notice is to inform you that you have 24 hours from the date of this notice to remove any and all materials from blogs, websites, social networks, chat rooms, emails and any other form of communication. In addition, as of the date of this notice you are further notified that any ongoing mention of my name or my businesses, Simply Divineful.com, Annierush.com or my blog Forblogsake.org you will have violated this notice and legal remedies will ensue.
Any documentation collected before or after the date of this notice will be used in any and all legal actions against you that have caused distress to my personal and professional well being.

This is my personal blog where I will be keeping documentation regarding Alexandria, aka PrincessBH from Beaconhell.com, of her internet harassment.
It appears this person is on a campaign to smear my name and associate me with other blogs. And also has convinced another blog, namely The Crash Site, that I am Mizz QB. For what reason or proof is questionable. To me, this is Alex's attempt to smear whomever to take the attention away from her own actions of what she has done to many people on the net waves.
I will be documenting all information where it contains where she uses my name. All of this documentation has been provided to law enforcement and I do plan to prosecute Alexandria. Her lies, slander and defamation of character unto me will not be tolerated nor permitted.
In a very sick, ill mannered way, Alexandria has attempted to cause harm not only to my name but my businesses via the internet and my emotional well being.
